Log in to your dashboard, click administrator > 2FA Update > Select 2FA: PIN > Enter New 2FA PIN > Enter Current PIN > Password > Submit

Payment support
You can get account credit both automatically and manually. If you pay through cards or PayPal you will get account credit instantly. On the other hand, if you pay through bank transfer, please send the transaction slip to our support team. Our support team will add the (credit) balance to your account.
When the payment is complete, we’ll email you an invoice Number and Secret Payment PIN.Â
After that go to Balance (top menu) > Payment Validation; and verify your payment by giving the Invoice Number and Payment PIN.- Invoice by Email: After paying by card, you’ll receive an invoice via email.
- Invoice by request: Invoices can be provided by our support team on your request.
- Monthly Invoice: You’ll automatically receive an invoice every month via email.

Go to the left menu > click Users > add New User > provide User Name > Mobile > Email > Currency > Daily Usage Limit > Commission > Password > Status > press Confirm.
Log in to your reseller account > from the upper right corner select Update 2FA > select OTP Type: PIN > enter your Password > enter 2FA PIN > press Update 2FA > provide authentication code > press Submit.Â
Log in to the reseller account, select the recharge option, provide user ID, email address, and recharge amount. After that, input the recharge amount, provide your commission amount, and press confirm.
Yes. You can assign different rates to different customers based on priority.
No, for security purposes, it is not possible to login to reseller’s account & users’ account using the same browser at the same time.
